This notice describes the early-registration form for MEP Estimate-X. In an offline design preview, the form does not save registrations. Public collection starts only after the service is connected and opened.

Your information and its purpose

The form requests your email and country, optional company name and optional company-demo interest. A connected service also saves a unique registration ID, language, registration date, consent date, consent wording and its version. These details are for the product-launch announcement, related early-registration offers and a company demo only if requested. They are not permission for unrelated marketing. Registration does not create a software account, reserve a price or grant a licence.

Cancel or delete your registration

After a new saved registration, keep the private management link shown on screen. It allows you to cancel and delete that registration. For assistance or if you lose the link, contact support@mepestimatex.com. The local trial sends no email. Public email delivery and the retention policy must be reviewed before launch.

Storage and launch readiness

An offline HTML preview stores no registrations. The included local server stores test records on the computer running it, outside the public site folder. The prepared online service requires a separately configured central database and anti-abuse service. Browser language and country preferences are kept locally. Short-lived session cookies, security tokens and hashed network identifiers protect connected requests. The final operator, hosting, retention and deletion arrangements must be confirmed before public collection.
